This Procedure determines the mechanism of calculation of the weighted average rates for the heat energy made with use of natural gas for the needs of the population, organizations and the organizations financed from the government or local budget its transportation and delivery and is used by the subjects of managing performing production of heat energy on installations with use of alternative energy sources including combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants and cogeneration installations for calculation of rate for heat energy, rate for production of heat energy.
