Some questions of conducting examination of the project documentation on construction of facilities

According to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" and to Item 7 of the Approval procedure of construction projects and the conducting their examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560, I order:

1. Approve enclosed:

Criteria to which there shall correspond the expert organizations performing examination of construction projects;

Procedure for forming and maintaining the list of the expert organizations performing examination of construction projects.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 23, 2011 No. 53 "About approval of Criteria to which there shall correspond the expert organizations performing examination of construction projects", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2011 at No. 719/19457.

3. To management of pricing, economy and contractual relations in construction (Sholomitsky L. M.) together with Legal department (Danish I. A.) submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Partskhaladze L. R.
