According to Item 18 parts one of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", to Articles 23, 24 Laws of Ukraine "About frontier of Ukraine", order to Item 9 of the Regulations on boundary regime approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1998 No. 1147, to Item 5 of the Procedure of coordination of activities of executive bodies and local government bodies concerning the observance of the modes on frontier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 1999 No. 48, for the purpose of streamlining of entrance and stay of citizens of Ukraine and other persons in the area which is between frontier and the line of boundary engineering constructions:

1. Approve the Procedure for entrance and stay in the area which is between frontier and the line of boundary engineering constructions, citizens of Ukraine and other persons which is applied.

2. To department of forming of policy for authorities under control to the Minister and monitoring of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
