About questions of state commission of assistance of population census

According to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About population census" and article 13 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" for the purpose of organized, high-quality and timely carrying out population census and housing stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve regulations on state commission of assistance of population census and structure of state commission of assistance of population census (appendices 1 and 2).

2. Approve procedure for preparation and carrying out population census and housing stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020 (appendix 3).

3. State commission of assistance of population census along with carrying out population census of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020 also to take measures for census of housing stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020.

4. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas for the purpose of preparation and carrying out population census and housing stock of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020 to create the commissions of assistance to carrying out population census in local authorities of the government and to establish constant control over their activities.

5. To impose control over execution of this resolution on state commission of assistance of population census.
