Rules of carrying out selection of the organizations performing examination of determination of differences of parameters of products from parameters of the Russian industrial output;

technique of determination of the amount of payment for rendering necessary and obligatory service in examination of determination of differences of parameters of products from parameters of the Russian industrial output;

the extreme amount of payment for rendering necessary and obligatory service in examination of determination of differences of parameters of products from parameters of the Russian industrial output;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that the documents on reference of industrial output issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation till February 1, 2018 to the industrial output which does not have the analogs made in the Russian Federation are valid before the termination of fixed term of their action.

3. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation:

form the commission on questions of reference of products to the industrial output which does not have the analogs made in the Russian Federation and also approve its structure and regulations on it;

approve within 6 months of the rule of preparation of offers on modification of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation".

4. The realization of the powers provided by this resolution is enabled by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of staff and the salary fund of employees of the Ministry, and also budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the specified Ministry on management and management in the field of the established functions.
