1. Approve:

2) regulations of the state service "Issue of Archive References and/or Copies of Archive Documents within Archives of Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Its Territorial Administrations" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Issue of Data on Accounting of Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Committing by Person of Administrative Offence" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 4 to this order.

3. To provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
