About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Bank of Russia of February 14, 2008 No. OD-101

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision by the Bank of Russia and also in connection with change of functions of structural divisions of the Bank of Russia I order to credit institutions of the credits provided with assets or guarantees:

1. Bring in the order of the Bank of Russia of February 14, 2008 No. OD-101 "About provision by the Bank of Russia to credit institutions of the credits provided with assets or guarantees" (with changes) the following changes:

1.1. In Item 1.2 of the word "opened in the specified territorial offices" shall be replaced with words "serviced by the specified territorial offices".

1.2. In Item 1.3 of the word "The GU of the Bank of Russia opened in divisions across Central Federal District located in Moscow or the Moscow region" shall be replaced with words "the serviced GU of the Bank of Russia across Central Federal District".

To the territorial offices of the Bank of Russia specified in appendix to this order except for of the departments which are part of GU of the Bank of Russia across Central Federal District to perform the transactions connected with loan granting of the Bank of Russia according to the Provision.".
