3) regulations of the state service "Certification of Medicolegal, Forensic-psychiatric, Judicial and Narcological Experts" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Assignment of Qualification on the Right of Production of Certain Type of Medicolegal, Forensic-psychiatric and Judicial and Narcological Examinations" according to appendix 4 to this order.";

add with appendices 3, 4 according to appendices 1, 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department on the organization of expert activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
