In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 17, 2017 "About measures for enhancement of activities of the State inspection of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3136:
1. Approve Regulations on the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the chief of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights T. E. Ulzhayev.
