Regulations on development and implementation of actions plans ("road maps") on enhancement of the legislation and elimination of administrative barriers for the purpose of ensuring realization of the National technological initiative;

2. To federal executive bodies together with the working groups on enhancement of the legislation and elimination of administrative barriers for the purpose of ensuring realization of the National technological initiative created according to this resolution to provide till November 15, 2017 approval of actions plans ("road maps") according to the Provision approved by this resolution.

3. The realization of this resolution federal executive bodies is enabled within the established extreme number of employees of central offices of federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided to these bodies in the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period.
