According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197 (with changes), to body of the licensing of documents electronically approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 No. 363, I order to paragraph one of item 4 of the Procedure for provision:
1. Approve the Procedure for functioning of information system when implementing licensing of economic activity on construction of facilities which on class of effects (responsibility) belong to objects with average and large effects which is applied.
2. To department of state programs and development of housing construction (Pavlov V. I.), to Legal department (Danish I. A.) together with the State architectural and construction inspection of Ukraine (Kudryavtsev A. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Partskhaladze L. R.
