1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Registration of the Agreement of Pledge of the Right of Subsurface Use regarding Hydrocarbonic Raw Material, Coal and Uranium" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Registration of Contracts for Subsurface Use regarding Hydrocarbonic Raw Material, Coal and Uranium", according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Oil Minister and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 21, 2014 No. 43 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of subsurface use regarding hydrocarbonic raw material" (No. 187 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of September 25, 2014 is registered in the Register normative legal for No. 9225, (27808)).

3. To provide to department of subsurface use of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
