1. In Instructions for use gas regarding safety during the using and content of the intra house and intra room gas equipment by provision of utility on gas supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 14, 2013 No. 410 "About measures for safety during the using and content of the intra house and intra room gas equipment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 21, Art. 2648; 2014, No. 18, Art. 2187; 2015, No. 37, Art. 5153; 2017, No. 38, Art. 5628):
a) state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Proper maintenance of smoke and ventilating channels is provided:
a) in apartment houses by check of condition and functioning of smoke and ventilating channels, in need of their cleaning and (or) repair by persons responsible for content of common property in the apartment house, or by the conclusion of the agreement on their check, and also if necessary about cleaning and (or) about repair with the organization which is carrying out the specified works;
b) in household by the owner of household by check of condition and functioning of smoke and ventilating channels and (or) the conclusion of the agreement on their check, and also if necessary about cleaning and (or) about repair with the organization which is carrying out the specified works.";
b) recognize Items 14 and 15 invalid.
