2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in paper and electronic types within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of the order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

The instruction to destination and to implementation of retirement benefits for long service the serviceman serving in Armed Forces

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction to destination and to implementation of retirement benefits for long service by the serviceman (further - the Instruction) disaggregates:

1) appointment and implementation of retirement benefits for long service (further - retirement benefit) to the military personnel;

2) recalculation, termination, suspension and renewal of retirement benefits.

2. The organization of work on provision of pensions of the military personnel is performed:

1) the Center of provision of pensions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Center);

2) local authorities of military management.

3. Calculation of length of service, including taking into account working life the serviceman who is subject to dismissal from military service is made for purpose of retirement benefits by the Center.

4. Calculation of length of service on pension is constituted in form, according to appendix 1 to this Instruction.

5. Personal records of the military personnel dismissed from military service in six months prior to dismissal go military units and organizations to the Center after service confirmation.
