About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2010 No. 620 "Questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus":

state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Workers of Administration are government employees, except for persons performing ensuring activities and maintenance of Administration and also other workers who according to legal acts are not government employees.";

in Item 11:

subitems 11. 11.5 and 11.8 to state 1, in the following edition:

"11.1. performs functions of the receiver and the manager of the means of the republican budget provided on Administration content and also state bodies;";

"11.5. coordinates activities of state bodies, other organizations and citizens in the field of work with the property turned into the income of the state and the property exempted from arrest by the body conducting criminal procedure and also in the field of humanitarian activities including improvement of children abroad, obtaining and use of foreign free aid, provides control of such activities in the specified spheres;";

"11.8. performs within competence designing, construction, acquisition, reconstruction and repair of real estate objects, including premises, subjects to social and production appointment (further – real estate objects), in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and beyond its limits, and also financing of designing, construction, acquisition, reconstruction and repair of the specified real estate objects, including according to the procedure of equity;";

in subitem 11.9 the word "performs" to replace with the word "provides";

exclude subitems 11.13 and 11.13-1;

add Item with subitems 11.23-1-11.23-4 of the following content:
