For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. For office use.

3. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 24.03.2025 No. 113

3.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2001 No. 660 "About some questions of activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 108, 1/3210; 2007, No. 16, 1/8265):

exclude item 4;

to state Item 8 of the Regulations on Department on humanitarian activities of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree in the following edition:

"8. The department is headed by the director who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the President of the Republic of Belarus according to the proposal of the President of the Republic of Belarus Managing affairs.".

4. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus and their separate provisions according to appendix.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
