About measures for ensuring activity of the courts

For the purpose of realization of regulations of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on judicial system and the status of judges on providing judges with cloaks and enhancement of personnel structure of courts of law I decide:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for providing with cloaks and other articles of clothing of judges of the Constitutional Court which are included in the package;

Regulations on procedure for providing with cloaks and other articles of clothing of judges of courts of law which are included in the package;

regulations of providing with cloaks and other articles of clothing of judges of the Constitutional Court and courts of law which are included in the package.

2. Financing of expenses on providing judges of the Constitutional Court and courts of law with cloaks and other articles of clothing which are included in the package is performed for the account and within the means which are annually provided in the republican budget on content of judicial bodies, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

3. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

4. To constitutional court, the Supreme Court in three-months time to approve rules of carrying by judges of the Constitutional Court and courts of law of cloaks and other articles of clothing which are included in the package.

5. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus together with the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

6. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
