About modification of the Regulations on Scientific and methodical council on questions of protection of cultural heritage of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage", within the powers determined by the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 495, I order:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on Scientific and methodical council on questions of protection of cultural heritage of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine of April 4, 2012 No. 304, registered on April 27, 2012 for No. 649/20962, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To management of protection of cultural heritage (Yepifanov A. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the state secretary Karandeev R. V.
