According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage", the subitem 71 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 388, and on accomplishment of Item 13 of the Procedure for determination of categories of monuments for entering of objects of the cultural heritage in the State register of immovable monuments of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1760, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on Scientific and methodical council on questions of protection of cultural heritage of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Approve the Operating procedure of Commission of experts on consideration of questions of entering of objects of cultural heritage in the State register of immovable monuments of Ukraine which is attached.
3. To department of cultural heritage and cultural values (Vingranovsky A. M.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
