Article 1

Competent authority of the Russian Federation under the Convention on transfer of persons suffering from mental disturbances, for performing forced treatment signed in the city of Moscow on March 28, 1997 (further - the Convention), is the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

Article 2

Participation of federal executive bodies in the organization of transfer and acceptance by the Russian Federation according to the Convention for performing forced treatment of persons suffering from mental disturbances concerning which there is judgment about application to them enforcement powers of medical nature is performed according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
