Bring in the Rules of confirmation of suitability of new construction products for application approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2006 No. 240 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 10, the Art. 613), changes which are applied.

In Item 1 of the word "which production, application and operation are not regulated by national standards, the state construction regulations and rules, other regulating documents (further-construction products)" shall be replaced with words "in case of their discrepancy to regulating documents which obligation of application is established by regulatory legal acts (further - construction products)".
2. State Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The Ministry of Regional Development grants the technical certificate of suitability of new construction products for application of the sample established by it (further - the technical certificate).".
