Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2006 No. 240
1. These rules establish general requirements to conducting check on compliance to safety requirements for life and health of the person, property and the surrounding environment and confirmation of suitability for application in construction of new materials, products and designs, in particular foreign origin, in case of their discrepancy to regulating documents which obligation of application is established by regulatory legal acts (further - construction products).
2. Rules are obligatory for central and local executive bodies, local government bodies, state supervision bodies and control, legal entities and physical persons which perform designing, new construction, reconstruction, restoration or repair of buildings and constructions, production and delivery of construction products.
3. The Ministry of Regional Development grants the technical certificate of suitability of new construction products for application of the sample established by it (further - the technical certificate).
4. The technical certificate is developed based on the request submitted by the customer, documentation with characteristics of construction products, and also in case of need - on the basis of results of scientific and technical examination and testing of such products.
