About some questions of special economic zones

1. Create special economic zone (further - SEZ) "The international center of frontier cooperation "Horgos" for the period till 2041.
2. Approve enclosed:
1) Regulations on SEZ "Seaport Aktau" and its target indicators;
2) Regulations on SEZ "Ontustik" and its target indicators;
3) Regulations on SEZ "Pavlodar" and its target indicators;
4) Regulations on SEZ "International center of frontier cooperation "Horgos" and its target indicators.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.12.2018 No. 802
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
