In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About citizenship of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 10, Article 607; 2005, No. 10, Article 905; 2008, No. 8, Article 701; 2014, No. 6, Article 620; 2015, No. 2, Article 93; No. 11, Article 1255, No. 12, Article 1442; 2016, No. 8, Article 1367) in the ninth part of Article 14, in the second part of Article 15 and in the fourth part of Article 17 of the word "pays the state fee according to the procedure and the size, stipulated by the legislation the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "Question of payment of the corresponding state fee.... it is regulated by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee".
