About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of social policy to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2004 No. 261 "About approval of regulations and the amount of expense recovery in foreign currency a month to the employees of diplomatic service sent to long-term business trip" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 10, Art. 592; 2005, No. 35, Art. 2122):
"Regulations and the amount of expense recovery" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the resolution of the word "the amount of compensation payments";
2) in Item 3:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"3. Provide to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the head of authorized body of the Ministry of Defence which provides activities of the device of military attaches and the office of the representative of the Ministry of Defence to diplomatic representation of Ukraine (further - authorized body of the Ministry of Defence), the right to establish:";
