Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some measures in the field of the organization of rendering electronic services by state bodies" of May 23, 2011 No. 429 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 5, Article 380; 2012, No. 7, Article 685; 2014, No. 9, Article 1027):
1.1. in the name, the second paragraph of preamble, Items 3.1-3.3 after words "state bodies" to add with the words "and the legal entities of the public law created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.2. in parts 1, 2 and 4 after words "the central executive bodies" to add with the words "and the legal entities of the public law created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.3. in Item 2.4 after words "state bodies" to add with the words "and the legal entities of the public law created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic";

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
