Bring in the Procedure for provision of privileges for acquisition of solid fuel and the liquefied gas at the expense of subventions from the government budget to local budgets, No. 77 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 289; 2011, No. 47, Art. 1914; 2017, No. 2, the Art. 44), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision of privileges for acquisition of solid fuel and the liquefied gas at the expense of subventions from the government budget to local budgets

1.  To add item 4 after the words "authorized body) or" with words of "executive bodies".

2.  State Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Authorized bodies, executive bodies of village, settlement, city councils monthly constitute lists of persons (with indication of preferential categories) for purpose of privileges for acquisition of solid fuel and the liquefied gas (further - the list).

The list signed by the rural, settlement, city chairman (other authorized person) and certified by seal monthly to 2 numbers moves to authorized body.

The authorized body verifies the list with information entered in the Unified state automated register of persons having the right to privileges.".
