1. In the Section C, Item 22, Chapters III, column 2 "Expeditor/Exportator" from appendix No. 1 to the Order No. 346-0 of 24.12.2009. "About approval of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration" to state in the following edition:

"The name and the address of the exporter or seller of the goods specified in the contract or the business document fit in.

In case of the transactions other than purchase and sale transactions, the initiator of delivery of goods to the territory of the Republic of Moldova and/or person who has legal relations with person registered in the Republic of Moldova is specified and if those are unknown - the sender".
