1. Approve:
Regulations on Customs Service according to appendix No. 3.
the paragraph third Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 06.02.2018 No. 125
2. Establish the extreme number of staff in general on customs authorities in number of 1761 units, including support personnel, in number of 42 units, with the salary fund according to provisions of the current legislation.

4. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.
