For the purpose of simplification of the procedure of customs clearance of homogeneous products which is regularly taken out in large volumes out of limits of customs area of Ukraine by rail by one company for one agreement (contract) with change or without change of the vehicle on customs border of Ukraine, and implementation of the next stage of the control system behind cargo delivery to customs of appointment according to the Regulations on procedure of control of cargo delivery in customs of appointment approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.12.98 N 771 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.01.99 for N 42/3335, with changes and amendments, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out customs clearance of goods which are exported by rail transport, with use of the general cargo customs declaration which is applied.
2. (Melnik M. V.) to provide to management of technologies of customs control (Syomk S. M.) and Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Information analytically (Shulyak V. P.) in a month after registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to customs authority commissioning of program and information complex for control of cargo delivery in customs of appointment with use of the Single automated information system of State Customs Service of Ukraine according to Item 3 of the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.12.98 of N771.
