About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine
According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, and Item 5 of the Section I of the Charter of the railroads of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1998 No. 457, I order:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine which are attached.
2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of rail transport:
submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Lavrenyuk Yu. F.
