For the purpose of ensuring implementation of requirements of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the value added tax" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.03.2002 "About enhancement of the mechanism of compensation of budget debt on the value added tax on transactions on export of products", and also in order to avoid cases of groundless export (budget) compensation of the value added tax to the subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine performing transactions on export (peresylaniye) of goods out of limits of customs area of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of data on the actual commodity exportation out of limits of customs area of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To provide to chiefs of regional customs, customs, state tax authorities in areas under the personal liability steady accomplishment of the Procedure for confirmation of data on the actual commodity exportation approved by this order out of limits of customs area of Ukraine.

3. To management of the organization of customs control (Lyadenko I. G.), to Legal department (Melnik M. V). State Customs Service of Ukraine and to Head department of the value added tax (Doynikov O. V.), to Main department for legal services (Zavyalov V. M). To provide to State Tax Administration of Ukraine provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
