1. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of March 21, 2002 No. 163/121 "About approval of the Procedure for confirmation of data on the actual commodity exportation out of limits of customs area of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 26, 2002 for No. 295/6583;

of August 04, 2003 No. 520/381 "About provision of confirmations about the actual export of finished goods out of limits of customs area of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 2003 for No. 722/8043;

of July 01, 2008 No. 697/429 "About introduction of amendments to the joint order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 21.03.2002 No. 163/121", No. 674/15365 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 23, 2008.

Department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), Department of the organization of customs control and registration of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Semk S. M.), Department of tax control of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Krukhmalyov S. B.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
