According to Item 67 of the Technique of assessment of property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 No. 1891 I ORDER:
1. Approve the Evaluation procedure of the leased real estate containing the integral improvements performed during its lease during privatization it (is applied).
2. Consider invalid the Procedure for compensation of cost of improvements of leased property during its privatization approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 12.07.2001 No. 1241, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.07.2001 for No. 636/5827.
3. To provide to department of assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity (N. Lebid) state registration of the Evaluation procedure of the leased real estate containing the integral improvements performed during its lease during privatization in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Control of execution of this order is imposed on the vice-chairman of Fund D. Parfenenko.
