Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, of March 19, 2015 No. 826 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and maintaining NKREKP of the register of subjects of natural monopolies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2015 at No. 372/26817 (with changes).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
