About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 18, 2017 No. UP-5116 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Tax Administration, Increase in Collecting of Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments":

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. To state Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 19, 2007 to No. UP-3923 "About the Main Directions of Further Deepening of Reforms and Implementation of the State Program of Development of Health Care" in the following edition:

"7. Exempt from October 1, 2007 to January 1, 2018 the medical institutions rendering to the population paid medical services (except dental and cosmetology), from payment of all types of tax and obligatory contributions to Republican road fund and off-budget fund of development of material and technical resources of educational and medical institutions under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding medical services with the target direction of the released funds for equipment of medical institution the modern medical equipment.

For the purpose of application of the tax benefits specified in paragraph one of this Item legal entities whose core activity following the results of the accounting period is rendering medical services treat medical institutions (except dental and cosmetology). At the same time, the above-named privileges extend to other incomes if rendering medical services is core activity".
