According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2017 No. UP-5016 "About Formation of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Assistance to the Privatized Companies and Development of the Competition" and Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and the development of the competition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 23, 2017 No. 419, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition decides:
1. Make changes to the Procedure of monitoring of process of sanitation of the companies approved by Committee on cases on economic insolvency of the companies under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on August 18, 1998 No. 26 (рег. No. 485 of August 28, 1998), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
