1. Make changes to the Rules of maintaining open foreign exchange position approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 28, 2005 No. 610 (рег. No. 1497 of July 15, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. No. 28-29, 215), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. In preamble and Item 12 of the word "authorized banks" shall be replaced with words "commercial banks".
2. In paragraphs the second - the fifth, seventh and eighth Item 1, items 4 and the 6th words of "authorized bank" shall be replaced with words "commercial bank".
