I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for control of import to customs area of Ukraine of separate types of goods which are applied.
2. Consider invalid orders of State Customs Service of Ukraine which list is given in appendix 1.
3. Make changes which list is given in appendix 2 to orders of State Customs Service of Ukraine.
4. (Melnik M. V.) to provide to management of technologies of customs control (Semk S. M.), Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To the secretariat provide replication and mailing of this order to regional customs, customs after its registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
6. To provide to the press service (Gunko S. O.) illumination of this order in mass media.
7. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to bring this order to permission of subjects of business activity.
8. Determine that the order becomes effective in 10 days after its registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
