About temporary restriction of export of leather raw materials which is used in transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Temporarily, before adoption by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the separate decision to stop export by the Ukrainian customers out of limits of customs area of Ukraine of leather raw materials by codes according to UKT foreign trade activities 41.01-41.03, which are used in transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations.
2. To the State Customs Service to take measures for control of accomplishment of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Uryadovy Kuryer newspaper.
