About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law No. 163 of July 9, 2010 on permission of accomplishment of construction works (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 549), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place approved by the Order of the Government No. 285 of May 23, 1996. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 42-44, 349), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Provision:

a) add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content in the beginning:

"This Provision is applied to the construction works and equipment in place financed from the government budget or local budgets, except for provisions of Chapter III-1";

b) to exclude from Item 2 of the word "physical or";
