About approval of the Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place

For the purpose of strict regulation of acceptance of construction works and equipment in place, and also increase in responsibility of the investors, contractors and other legal entities and physical persons performing activities in the field the government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on acceptance of works at the determining construction stages according to appendix No. 1-1.

2. To the ministries, departments, the central and local authorities of public management to bring into accord with this Resolution the regulations and orders concerning acceptance of construction works and equipment in place adopted by them.

3. Recognize invalid governmental decrees and orders according to the list specified in appendix No. 2.

Regulations on acceptance of construction works and equipment in place

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is applied to the construction works and equipment in place financed from the government budget or local budgets, except for provisions of Chapter III-1.
