1. Approve Features of purchases according to the framework agreements and their conclusions (further - Features) which are attached.

2. Determine that provisions of the Section IX of Features are applied since January 1, 2023.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of April 24, 2012 No. 503 "About approval of the List of goods and services which can be bought according to the framework agreements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 17, 2012 for No. 785/21098 (with changes);

the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of April 24, 2012 No. 504 "About features of the conclusion of the framework agreements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 2012 for No. 1059/21371 (with changes).

4. As to the administrator of the web portal of Authorized body in two-month time to provide to the state company "PROZORRO" review and adaptation of electronic purchasing system for implementation of purchases according to the framework agreements according to Features.

5. To provide to department of regulation of public purchases submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
