1. Determine that the Centralized fund of Head department of execution of the punishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan is created for the account:
assignments from the profit got due to productive and agricultural activity of organizations on execution of the punishment and their organizations, and also rendering services by them in the sizes determined by Head department of execution of the punishment;
means of the organizations on execution of the punishment created as a result of the provided privileges on taxes and fees and also obligatory contributions to the state trust funds, stipulated by the legislation.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of Centralized fund of Head department of execution of the punishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
3. To head department of execution of the punishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Head Department of the Penitentiary) to accumulate the funds of organizations on execution of the punishment specified in Item 2 of this resolution on special treasurer personal account.
