In the Law on natives of the third states obliged to have the visa, and natives of the third states exempted from obligation to have the visa when crossing frontier of the Republic of Moldova No. 257/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 1-3, 2), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following change and addition:
1. Add Article 2 with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) in case of stay lasting more than 90 days during any period in 180 days natives of the third states shall have the visa on long-term stay according to provisions of the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010.".
2. State appendix 1 in the following edition:
"Appendix 1
The list of the foreigners obliged to have the visa in case of entrance, departure and transit on the territory of the Republic of Moldova
