Make the following changes to "The rule of declaration of goods and the vehicles moved through customs border", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 22, 2014 No. 263 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 7, Article 951, No. 12, Article 1653; 2015, No. 5, Article 615; 2016, No. 10, Article 1727; 2017, No. 4, Article 621):
1. give subitems 2.6.6 and 2.6.8 in the following edition:
"2.6.6. the veterinary certificate which is previously issued by the exporting country according to the principle of equivalence established by international treaties which party is the Azerbaijan Republic, when importing on customs area of the goods which are under state veterinary supervision;"
2.6.8. the phytosanitary certificate which is previously issued by the exporting country according to the principle of equivalence established by international treaties which party is the Azerbaijan Republic when importing on customs area of plants and vegetable products when exporting - the phytosanitary certificate;".
2. exclude the word "special" from subitem 2.6.12.
3. In Item 2.2 of Appendix No. 10 - "The simplified declaration represented by physical persons" to Rules of the word "special permission (license)" to replace with the word "license".
