2. The resolution becomes effective on November 1, 2014.

1.1. These rules are constituted according to Article 146.3 of the Customs Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Customs Code), and determine rules of declaration of goods and the vehicles moved through customs border.
1.2. Data on the goods and vehicles moved through customs border of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - customs border), which are under customs control are declared in customs authority in oral, written form on paper or in electronic format.
2.1. Persons transporting goods and vehicles through customs border, or the faces performing activities which control over execution is charged to customs authorities shall show in customs authority stated below documents in writing on paper or in electronic format:
