About approval of the Procedure for registration without registration of personal records in place of registration of the actual accommodation for providing persons with cars with disability and children with disability who are registered as internally displaced persons

According to the paragraph to the eleventh Item 37 of the Procedure for the providing disabled people with cars approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999 (with changes), I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for registration without registration of personal records in place of registration of the actual accommodation for providing persons with cars with disability and children with disability who are registered as internally displaced persons which is applied.

2. To department of social protection of persons with disability (Polyakova A. Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Fedorovich N. V.
