the list of food products according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union which is made with use or without use of the ethyl alcohol made from food raw materials, and (or) alcohol-containing food products with content of ethyl alcohol of more 0,5 of percent of amount of the finished goods which are not relating to alcoholic products.
