2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this Decree in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 26, 2003 No. UP-3214 "About Measures for Further Reforming of Health Care System":
a) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word of "Social complex of the Cabinet of Ministers" to exclude;
b) paragraphs two - Item 3 after the word "specialized" to add the fifth with words "scientific and practical medical";
